Heavy-Duty Sling System Sorting Table Catches Clean Loads at Discharge

One-Piece, 100% Polyethylene Construction Handles Dropped Loads to 400 lbs.

Saddle Brook, NJ: A rugged sorting table for laundries with overhead rail and sling systems from laundry product supplier Tingue, Brown & Co. (www.TingueBrownCo.com), features heavy-duty construction molded in a single piece of 100% polyethylene to handle up to 400 lb. of clean linens discharged from sling bags either manually or from automated material handling sling systems. To be showcased at Cleanshow 2011, booth #1836 on June 6, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nev., the durable, no-metal sling system sorting table is also waterproof, wipes clean and cannot rust or harbor bacteria to permit double duty usage in sorting incoming soil for transfer to washer slings.

Ideal for commercial, institutional and industrial laundries, the sling system sorting table includes wings rising from three sides to help workers corral and ready the clean linens for finishing while built-in, industrial-strength, non-marking casters permit easy rolling to flatwork ironers, folders and conveyors. For worker safety, the laundry table positions work 30 inches from the floor and includes designed-in hand holds for easy, ergonomic rolling and rotation. The monorail sling system sorting table is available in a choice of 16 standard colors plus custom colors in quantity and is delivered fully assembled.
