Tingue, Brown & Co. Introduces Breakthrough Ironer Felt Combining Blended Pad with Aramid Scrim For Extra Long Life

New Tingufelt Gold Blend-SG Delivers Aramid Performance
at 39% Less Cost

Saddle Brook, NJ: The new Tingufelt Gold Blend-SG flatwork ironer felt from laundry product supplier Tingue, Brown & Co., Saddle Brook, NJ (www.TingueBrownCo.com) is the world's first to combine a blended Aramid-polyester felt with an Aramid scrim cloth. Available worldwide exclusively from Tingue, Brown & Co., the innovative Tingufelt Gold Blend-SG delivers the long-term performance and heat, moisture and hydrolysis resistance of Aramid at a savings of 39% vs. traditional Aramid felts that also utilize Aramid scrim cloths. By integrating the heartier, longer-lasting Aramid scrim, the Tingufelt Gold Blend-SG extends the overall life of the felt while eliminating the costly, wasteful replacement of serviceable felts due to prematurely worn polyester scrim cloths, which traditionally back blended ironer felts.

Proven in two years of field testing, the Tingufelt Gold Blend-SG ironer felt is ideal for installation on large roll flatwork ironers at commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities. The new Tingue felt is available in 130- and 150-inch widths at the standard weight of 27 oz./square yard.
