Pureflex Polyflex Grips Polyesters And Draws Them Into Ironer
Saddle Brook, NJ: The Pureflex Polyflex flatwork ironer roll cover from laundry product supplier Tingue, Brown & Co., Saddle Brook, NJ, (www.Tingue.com) features a proprietary weave of high-tech materials with a coarse texture that grips 100% polyester fabrics and polyester blends such as table linens, sheets and other traditionally hard to process goods and draws them into the ironer for safe, easy feeding. When installed on the first or first two rolls of American and other small roll ironers, the Pureflex Polyflex helps present a squared leading edge and helps reduce the need for operators to coax the challenging materials into the front roll. The result is a smooth movement of linens over the chest with enough momentum to glide easily through the entire ironer and exit with a high quality finish ready for folding. Go-backs to correct creasing are significantly reduced.
